Truthbetold, i dont think that you can outrightly callout a particular fund manager, while also adding fradulent into that same paragraph and not expect some reactions, personal or otherwise. You used fraud in that paragraph twice. While i also understand your concerns, you came at that conversation with all the wrong informations, without doing your proper checks. And that is simply what Uberchick was also trying to correct. He also addressed your concerns about the reflection of the YTD value with screenshots and evidence, so dont pretend that you didn't see it. So i stand with him on this conversation. And then there are some of us, who see daily percentage gains and losses on Cardinal stone. Then see no percentage gain and losses on Zedcrest, and depend on people on the group to monitor the calculations for us closely, both with daily screenshots, excel sheets and chat gpt, please keep it up. Then there is Zrosk, that just samas and hammers you with an email every 5th to 7th of the new month, showing you monthly balance and report, no daily serenren, no time to shalaye. You go fight them ![]() The goal is to stick with fund managers that you are comfortable with how their platform and app works. Your peace of mind and mental health matters to us on this group, because if trends are to be followed, we are still in for more brutal cherry sweet agbalumo red days ahead, irrespective of your fund manager.

The main reason this place is my first checklist in the morning is how we highlight practical examples of our use of various apps, upsides and downsides. Please before casting any opinion on information have the proof or detailed information we can review and we can make the right call abegi, some of us are not young before you let BP finish man pikin. princezzz:Well, someone here pointed out that Zedcrest posted multiple ytd and he noticed it. That may have been what I saw too. The basics is that there is some inconsistencies which may just have to do with how the app is built. Multiple users on here have aired the same concern. You have spoken like it is not personal: that’s how it should be. Anyone who takes it personal has vested interest and is either a promoter or an agent so everyone should pay attention. The thread is for information. That means if you have concerns, you should be able to air them and get clarification. Not being combative like you own the fund manager. Importantly, we are still waiting for screenshots showing that the 52% ytd correlates with the funds in the account from any subscriber on here from January 1st till date. It is all part of the vetting process and no malice intended. Peace.. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Uberchic1: 1:58pm On Mar 14 |
Trurhbetold22, the person who claims ytd was posted twice is wrong and so are you. And there you go posting misinformation again. "the person noticed it". What they noticed is the ytd before it updated. Ytd has never posted twice. Thank God I no post referral link or code. Apparently anyone that calls out bs like what you posted must be a rep. Toh. Common sense doesn't mean one has a vested interest in a fund as a rep. I'll continue to call out any misinformation or baseless accusations of fraud about funds that I have invested my money in. This thread is for information, yes. Not for coming to post false accusations of fraud based on your own mistake and making people nervous about their investments for no good reason. And no single person is obligated to post their funds gains from January to prove ytd accuracy to you. When e tire you, you go use your hand comot your money for there. |

Iamblessed8888:How did you train or program your ChatGTP for this though ? |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Salarys: 2:52pm On Mar 14 |
Uberchic1:This guy....You're quite the person. Please, don't do this with me. I don't have time for silly bants neither do I have sentimental attachments to any fund. I observe and I speak. The fact that you think your truth alone stands is quite unsettling. So I fabricated it from thin air? What do I stand to gain by saying things that are untrue? I'm not a child and I'm very sure you're not too. So please, just keep it going. This is my last input on this. May we all keep winning. |

| Re: Equity Investment. by Uberchic1: 3:09pm On Mar 14 |
Salarys: Salarys:I didn't say you lied. I said you were mistaken because you were. You literally mentioned a similar mistake 2 pages back which I bolded. Mistakenly claiming a different ytd was posted on your end. Meanwhile both were correct and one was just the most recent updated ytd. So yes, you were mistaken. I honestly don't care how you or anyone else feels about my response on this matter and I'm done with this as well. This thread remains for sharing information and airing concerns. However I'll always take issue with people posting baseless accusations of FRAUD for no reason with funds that I have invested in. May we all keep winning indeed. |

My balanced fund and ESG are yet to recover. I will let it dance more until it recovers. Lastly, I saw a tiny gain on both ESG and the balanced on Friday. Gratefulme: |

Smattrader:Lol it’s mostly a conversation i have with it. I just told it there are rumours that the amount i used as input for zedcrest yesterday was wrong. I then inputed the new amount. I also told it to always say “Dingo Banger, Green day” anytime there is a gain compared to the previous day balance. I got the term from EquityM. He can help us with the meaning lol. |

Haha, Green Day and Spartacus Day. My AI keeps every record of my portfolio once I input the new NAV or price change; furthermore, I make sure my Excel is updated as I analyze some conservative, bullish, and bearish numbers using historical data. Iamblessed8888: |

Niiade:Share price shouldn't discourage or motivate you. Company fundamentals and other factors like liquidity, p.e ratio and co should determine if the company is worth the amount you wanting to buy their stock at Imagine buying Geregu at this moment- who go buy from you soonest.- I'm not saying this is a bad investment o. Share price has increased and done well but liquidity is not okay in past 52weeks |

@Beeron, my bank here gave me an option to customize my portfolio before accepting my KYC. Should I go for silver, gold, and stocks, as I am not interested in ETFs or any USD investment? Have attached the performance of the investment below, excluding 1% cash.

| Re: Equity Investment. by Beeron: 11:59am On Mar 15 |
EquityM:what are 4 assets added to this portfolio and what are the other options you are not interested in? |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 12:16pm On Mar 15 |
I added silver, gold, and vector semiconductor ETFs. Kindly check the attachment below. I am not interested in the S&P 500 and Nasdaq. They requested my TIN in Nigeria, and my Nigerian passport was verified by placing my mobile phone on my passport, and instantly all my details popped up in the app. Basically, I was amazed. Beeron:

| Re: Equity Investment. by Beeron: 12:58pm On Mar 15 |
EquityM:so far so good, you have been strategic in your choice. Very strategic. Gold and Silver are more conservative instruments and have only have been experiencing price volitility since the timeline of (Russian Ukraine war - Brics currency discussions - U.S Balloning debt - Trump Tariffing the world and lastly US/Isreal attack on Iran) Gold and silver ETF and more defensive than aggressive for building wealth so expect current growth to slow down once most geo-political tension dies down. (Best for preserving wealth) Semiconductor ETF is good choice due to the ongoing AI race. But concerns are recently in the news as regards if AI is a bubble like in the case of the dot com bubble, if AI turns out to be a bubble, your ETF will crash and loose value overnight and might not recover. I assume you don't want anything to do with the USD based investment probably due to 30% withholding Tax hence the reason they asked for your TIN. My brother na there the money and rest of mind dey. For example, look up U.S Real estate and Reit EFT, buy into that for peace of mind, disregard the Tax it will cost you, you are investing for a long time. Even during COVID when the world economy came to a stop, U.S Reit and real estate ETF were still consistently paying. In conclusion, You have made strategic choices which is good (precious metals & Semiconductors) but I am recommending you diversify to U.S ETF in real estate for peace of mind. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 1:09pm On Mar 15 |
I just checked the real estate now; it does not yield much but is stable, as you mentioned earlier. Bro, I don't want any tax drama, as I can't pay home and away taxes. I will definitely update you on the returns and losses. Beeron:

EquityM:To think I took some money from my CS equity to zenith balanced fund. Chai! Worst investment mistake of last month. Even when every other platform record green, my balance still keep depreciating on zenith. I don't understand what they trade on. |
