LoriHamo:Funny thing u can't even withdraw your money. Immediately I noticed the consistent loss, I withdrew part of my deposit so I can return it to Cardinal stone, it's been 2 weeks, no funds received. I only received acknowledgement withdrawal mail & it was not even deducted from my balance & the money has gone down now again as compared to when I withdraw. |

CS might be slow, but they have quality stocks, and they have readjusted their portfolio. Bluearrow: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 1:33pm On Mar 16 |
Really, did you fill out the form? They sent a withdrawal form to someone on this forum. Bluearrow: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Bluearrow: 1:34pm On Mar 16 |
EquityM:They didn't send any form I check my mailbox daily I only received acknowledgement mail the day I initiated the withdrawal. |

EquityM:Ahaa thanks. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 1:48pm On Mar 16 |
I will ask her to send the form, and then I can forward it to you. Bluearrow: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Bluearrow: 1:55pm On Mar 16 |
EquityM:Why don't they have a pdf download link of the form on their withdrawal page so investors can just download it directly whenever they want to initiate withdrawal. These guys are extremely terrible! |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Jesusmylord(m): 1:55pm On Mar 16 |
Check your Promotions folder as well. The email may not appear in your primary inbox or even in spam, I’m not sure if this is intentional. Honestly, their management is very poor. It takes about a week for a deposit to reflect, and the worst part is that withdrawals is taking up to two weeks now, with no clear indication of exactly when the payment will be made. What if someone has an emergency and needs the money within 72 hours? On top of that, after going through the stress of filling two forms; a redemption form and a refill/update form. You practically need fasting and prayer before your withdrawal is processed. My only advice to them is that if they are not ready to run the business properly, they should consider shutting down the mutual fund operations, because the current process is not investor-friendly. Wait.... you filled all the forms already? Chaiii....I wish I invested only 10k.....I would have forgotten it there and moved on... Where do I start? 😥😥😥😥😥 Jesusmylord: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by LoriHamo: 2:02pm On Mar 16 |
Or could it be they intend to hold on to the money for 180days? Jesusmylord: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Jesusmylord(m): 2:11pm On Mar 16 |
Yes, I have filled it. They got back to me on Friday asking me to complete a section that I had omitted. LoriHamo: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Jesusmylord(m): 2:13pm On Mar 16 |
I doubt it. They are just very unprofessional and have a highly inefficient process. LoriHamo: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 2:21pm On Mar 16 |
I usually get the liquidation from their MMF within 48 hours and no form filling. They have a very shady management system. Jesusmylord: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Bluearrow: 2:24pm On Mar 16 |
Jesusmylord:Obviously they are not ready at all I check my promotions folder daily, I didn't get their mail. I'm an active email user. The only mistake I made was not checking their reviews on play store, very bad reviews. Some persons even had to go to their office to redeem funds even after filling form. Their poor services reflect both in fund management & basic services. Over 2 weeks of deposit, no single record of noticable gain, but the losses are very noticable. Every other fund manager recovers deposit amount within 4 days. My current balance is still very far from my initial deposit amount talk more of profit. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Bluearrow: 2:32pm On Mar 16 |
LoriHamo:No fund manager can hold on to investor money for any number of days, that is stealing. They can only take certain percentage off the profit to discourage investors from frequent withdrawals. My hold period is not yet completed on CS, but my withdrawal was quick. There is something going on with them, reason deposit is slow with a frustrating withdrawal process. My advice to anyone, if u have a way to take out your funds from those guys, do so, they are not transparent. |

EquityM:Nice. Why anticipating spartacus? Lol When does Paramount update gains? Is it mid night too |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 5:08pm On Mar 16 |
Spartacus follows the dingo banger closely. On Wednesday-Friday, there might be some profit taking. I'm not really sure about Paramount; however, it should be around 6-8 p.m. Nigerian time. Iamblessed8888: |
