Both Eke Urum and his cohort, d lady tweet, are from Abia state. Abia doesn't have much delicacies as ndi Enugu and Anambra, so forgive them. Okpa is the 'bestest' snack after aki na ukwa. |

Mariangeles:Do you eat ekuru dry? Go and ask whoever introduced it to you. Here, we eat ekuru with very rich sauce, full of assorted fish, crayfish, iru, onion etc. |

Ebenezer2021:🤣🤣 I don't know how you guys are able to combine these traditional foods with coke and fanta and all these things! Doesn't it turn your belly? ![]() If I eat trado foods I just drink it down with water, not all these modern-day concoctions. ![]() |

Don't mind the mofos, it does not smell bad except it goes bad. It has a very nice smell if it is well cooked. JooEeL: |

obembet:What a bum! Ever since I tasted okpa, I've not been able to pass by it without buying. That particular taste is the sole reason. People dey sha, but who asked her? |
| Re: Okpa Tastes Like Suffering — Risevest CEO, Eke Urum by DeOTR: 9:38am On Mar 17 |
Mariangeles:While I disagree with her, it's a different case for ekuru. Nobody eats ekuru like that, at least, not Yoruba people. We eat it with pepper sauce that usually have some other things like ponmo and meat. |

spyder880:Okpa is not a snack. That is a full meal. Only in Nigeria, that people look at food without the lens of its health benefits. Shame on our educational system. |
| Re: Okpa Tastes Like Suffering — Risevest CEO, Eke Urum by Ilumire: 9:55am On Mar 17 |
Mariangeles:Please leave ekuru out of it. Ekuru is good and it's not made to be eaten alone like okpa. |

That's why when it comes to cuisines, there's no competing with the Akwa-Cross sub-region. No competition. |
