In other words Iranians mental acuities are not developed. It is no big deal when their missiles hit civilians. The west is dealing with people who skipped a stage or two during evolution. They can't be bothered to follow international law Yet when their civilians are accidentally hit Iran and it's western media propagandists are the loudest.
Iran can kill over 30,000 protesters with no serious attention from the world.
