Kneel ke ? As how now ? What kind of humiliation is that? Better you send him to jail than send him to embarrass him in court like that . That is intimidation and unnecessary harassment . The judge should just recuse himself and the judiciary should open an investigation on all parties and mete out appropriate punishment .

Personally I dislike our court systems . The law only works when the executives and the influential Nigerians want . We need an impartial judiciary to move forward.

A judge is not above accountability, and a lawyer is not beneath dignity. If a judge orders a lawyer to kneel, that’s very likely abuse of judicial authority—not normal courtroom discipline.
