because it's Thursday night they will see or not see moon, so sallah is either Friday or Saturday.

This is a better way of declaring sallah holiday. Not go home on Thursday night and be wondering if they will see the moon on Thursday night.
Good let them stay at home on Thursday and search for the moon. If they see, good, else do sallah on sallah on Saturday

It's not about the number of people doing it. It's about whether what you do is right or wrong.

Yoiu Meusliims are not fasting from food. Yoiu eat heiavy breakfast and eat heavy dinner. So, yiou are only deceiving yourself that you are fasting.
