BREAKING: Nigeria shuts all borders ahead of election.

Nigeria has announced the closure of all land and sea borders ahead of Saturday’s presidential elections, the Interior Ministry announced Wednesday.

All borders will effectively be closed from midnight March 25, to midnight Saturday, March 28, the ministry said in a statement.

The release, signed by the permanent secretary, Abubakar Magaji, said the borders would be closed “to allow for the peaceful conduct of the forthcoming national elections”.

It also said the Nigeria Immigration Service has been directed to ensure that non-Nigerians do not participate in any part of the election process.

But not for a stable economy apparently...oh well, so long as regional balance is maintained.....we can forget about the fact that the oil price is falling....and that in the interests of maintaining regional balance....no one has any ideas on how to fix the economy.....because we must chop money regardless

The sad thing about Nigerians is that they would rather chop than work.

Same thing goes for the guys on the other side....change , change......except in terms of the economic structure of the country.

Why don't you PDP and APC tell us how you will run an austerity government please?

Thank goodness the presidential election is
by the corner. It wl put to rest
all illogical comments,unreasonable
excuses,libelous statements that have bn
made against the present administration
by those who have eyes but stl pretend
not to see.
Continuity is preferable to change cos we
just don't know the kind of change they
are planning to bring.
The APC presidential flag bearer and his
running mates are only going around
every corner of country telling people what
isn't feasible.Remember Buhari promising
to make the value of the naira equal to
the us dollars..lol.how
they have promised to pay monthly social
security allowance to Nigerians...did our
past leaders not make similar promise but
fsiled to make good their word?
Nigerians, the devil ur seeing is better than
the self acclaimed angel ur yet to see..vote
wisely..remember APC is only a waste
basket of the PDP
hmmmmm, but chekout the damn gate were dem close...e kt as e bio
