Activist, Deji Adeyanju, has calimed that Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State is trying to replace Nyesom Wike as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, in 2027.

This was, as Adeyanju described the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as a distraction.

In a video on his social media page, the human rights lawyer claimed that most PDP members are working for President Bola Tinubu.

He said: “PDP is a distraction; what is dead may never die again. I don’t want to bother myself about PDP now because everybody there is working for Tinubu.

“They are just looking for who will have the most bargaining chip. Seyi Makinde wants to replace Wike and maybe he will become the next FCT minister in 2027.

So he is more or less how we will make Tinubu come back in 2027, I will not join them in their caricature; I don’t have their time.”

I really pity makinde,he is in a huge fix right now....can't go forward,any go back,cant go right, cant go left....... he won the battle but lost the war.......his head on confrontation was needless.....negotiate,share the exco with wike,annoint your successor to build your base.....all these he should have done first before forming rambo.

I can tell Mr Makinde straight up that he'd be wasting his time. Mr Tinubu and Mr Wike are a match made in heaven (or hell, I'm not sure). And Mr Soludo has something to say about time wasting that I think Mr Makinde would want to hear.
