I think monthly payments for rent should be the norm. In the early 80s and 90s it used to be monthly I don't know how greed eventually took over and we started the annual payments for house rent

To collect rent annually from tenants na wahala how I go fit collect monthly? I will gladly collect monthly rent from any tenant provided the tenant is ready to give me a bank standing order.

It was so very unusual but when I begged the land Landy to accept me as a huzler tenant that genuinely need a house when estate agents brought me to her to pay for her new house..

The house sh felt was way too expensive for my kind of job to maintain, sh clarifies that payment of the first lump sum isn't the problem but the continuous payment years later.. so I told her I am a Daly pay earner and if sh can open a dedicated bank account where I will b paying her 2800 daily and be posting her payment receipt the sh will notice it will add up at year end provided sh doesn't touch the rent...... Surprisingly, sh agreed and this is the 4th year going..

It was easy as I make about 8-10k daily from. My petty street huzle..

No mind am, I was formerly a commercial bus driver. Me and my conductor share 20k and above on a normal day and sometimes 30k, meaning at least we made 10k each daily

Both from childhood, till when I was a driver and till now, I am still cool and calm. I don't fight nor look for trouble, my conductor of almost ten years always said I am too soft and cool to be a commercial bus driver.
But my innocent and calm look doesn't make me a coward. I choose my battle very well
