My issue with it is not the act of kissing the hand, that is civilized, it is how low he had to bend to do it.

If Tinubu usually kiss ladies like that, we would have said it was normal for him and would not read any meaning to it, besides, the kiss was not compulsory so why did he do it when she is not his wife or daughter?
