Same here o. My daughter and I dey compete for who drink water pass for house, especially during this dry season.
My wife doesn't drink as much as we do.
We finish almost a bag of sachet water a day.

Just follow your body hydration needs.... Our body homeostasis and metabolism differs... I drink about 4-5sachets water daily 1 extra on a really hot nd dry day

Apart from that, they are some foods that have great water content. You can consume that also to support main water.

I mostly drink water alot after a hard labour. The rest times are just little.

Just here to implore you not to mix the two . Either stay on the sachet or the bottled water . And NAFDAC needs to do more to protect Nigerians from the nefarious activities of some sachet water companies .

You'll get water intoxication.
Taking more that 3ltrs per day will affect your kidney adversely.
