That is often the way it is for the pioneers.

What is really messed up for me is the fact that most of our old music is effectively lost.

You can hunt down 95-99% of western music from the 60s 70s 80s. But naija music? Best you can get is one low quality TV rip uploaded to you tube. Blaccky, junior and pretty, Trybesmen - their music is effectively lost.

I agree with you on his suavity, the man had swagger or has rather, I also agree that Freestyle Essien is one of Theeee best lyricists this country has ever produced. I strongly disagree with the Kema Chikwe gimmick trying to downplay his achievements
