Spy360:na heartbreak make dem no believe Arteta and you can't truly blame them. But every manager that has ever been compared to Arteta, he has somehow out performed all of them. No single manager that was compared to him still stands shoulder to shoulder with him currently. Which makes me wonder, what if the management had let him go and choose one of them names, we for dey inside gutter by now. |

germaphobe:Which of the managers compared with him spent half of what he's spent at arsenal. Just mention 1 |

I want Kepa to start the final. Whatever that would happen should happen. Although I’m hoping for a positive outcome though. |

iamoyindamola:Mention the names let's do the comparison. So because you feel he spent money then he doesn't deserve praise? Are you that hardened? Are you aware that Pep bought two marquee players this January? Pep spent more than Arteta this season o Germaphobe you see what I am saying? It's not about being heartbroken |

Msgamble Your MCM will soon lose his job with the new FIFA rule guiding female football, I have always been an advocate of let them run their thing. I don't rate or like men coaching female teams, how do they react if the opposition female coach beat them like thief |

Fkforyou:I want Raya to start in goal , I want us to start our strongest 11 and win this cup without any hassle . I don’t want us to go into the match with the mentality of “whatever wants to happen should happen “ The outcome of this match will go a long way to influence how our season may likely end . A win will definitely boost our EPL title credentials and also encourage our players to give their all in the UCL towards the end of the season when we may have sealed the EPL trophy . I want to see Gabriel and Saliba in CB and not Mosquera pairing either of them or Hincapie. We have a chance to prove we are head and heels above every other team in England this season and I don’t want them throwing it away by sticking to any yeye principle . |

Spy360:just this season Liverpool spent more than us but look at where they are. Chelsea has always been spending every single year, look at where they are. City spent just 7 million less than us, look at them. Someone spent money, same money that Liverpool, man city, man utd and Chelsea has also spent in the last 3 seasons but yet we're better than them. Even if Arteta wins the quadruple, he still won't regard him. It is that obvious. But ask him to mention a coach better than Arteta and watch him withdraw. |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by germaphobe(m): 7:39am On Mar 21 |
iamoyindamola:of all the teams that has spent more money than Arsenal in the last 6 years, who's better than us this season mention 1. It was obvious that the squad depth cost us the 2022/2023 epl. Injury to jesus, saliba and tomi affected us. Same with last season. Now we decide to spend after all, to strengthen the team and avoid that, you're also complaining. Let me ask you, since we're talking numbers and money, which Arsenal manager has brought more money for the club like Arteta?? Mention just 1, like 1. So for someone who has been on a progressive run with the kind of money he brings to the club, he shouldn't be allowed to spend it in order to make the team better and bring in more money?. |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by iamoyindamola(m): 7:46am On Mar 21 |
germaphobe:Better in what aspect? Going trophy less and keeping bridesmaid position every season? No matter the progress without trophies is equal to zero, Saliba came out recently we are tired of ending the season with nothing That should tell you no one rate them until they get something out of the season, that's why dullards like Carragher, Neville and Mikel be taking shots at us anyhow. Arteta wants respect I have no issues with it he should earn it and shame someone like me especially me until then I see nothing special in what he's done. Peace!!! |

mostob:you know, there's how people would talk about something so much you would want to experience it yourself. These are Italians that understand the importance of defence organisation and coordination. They just came to enjoy the game, and surely they did. |

germaphobe:Chelsea won conference league and club world cup I will take those trophies ahead of finishing second and going trophy less More over, Chelsea have completed football in all aspects We haven't done that Just let the sleeping dog lie and celebrate what you feel is an achievement for your coach What's the point of all this without trophies, Na that one we go endure abi |

germaphobe:I just wasn’t us to have a successful season capped with multiple trophies ,then when we at in off season we will have some really extensive discussions on this thread . We will touch all of the talking point that has been used to criticize this team and call for Arteta’s despite visible progress in the past 3 to 4 years . I no wan Dey put the cart before the horse , na why I just Dey avoid all those talks about Arteta being a bottler , Arteta wasting money , Arteta being well paid and not showing workings , etc…. I want make results cancel insults first , then we will have some serious fact based discussion in a relaxed atmosphere where nobody will be vexing and using frustration of bad season ending to make their point . |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by germaphobe(m): 7:52am On Mar 21 |
iamoyindamola:you talked about spending money and i talked about bringing in the money. In 2023 season no one even yourself saw us or believed we would be competing for the league, Arteta took everyone by surprise. With how bad Arsenal was when he took over and the fact that he was a rookie made everyone believe that his 5 year plan was enough to let me go on. But he did in 3 years what he expected to do after 5 years. Arteta is just a victim of his own progress and expectations. Yes trophies is important, but mention the coaches that have won trophies that you would comfortably replace him with. I just want to know, please mention like 2 names, I no need 1, 2 please. |

BlueRayDick:e just sure me say that epl trophy dey come home. Just watch and see, if we win, they would still look am less and tell you it took him 6years and billions to get it. Like say no be money Chelsea, man city, man utd, Liverpool take the win league. Aside from Leicester magic, who can win epl without making some significant spending. Epl sure this season, na then my voice go even loud pass. ![]() |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by iamoyindamola(m): 8:00am On Mar 21 |
germaphobe:You talked about managers now why not mention them yourself Did Leicester believe they could win the league too and they did it, but Arteta bottled it If he's a victim of his own success why hasn't he delivered any trophies? He hasn't started a competition and won it the fa cup sef he met it half way Una just they put this man for dragging, leave shalaye let him shame us by winning trophies, every true fans badly crave for it and I am sure he does too Let him win trophies then you can drag me I will accept not now you want to be gas lighting on something that's not 100% here |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by iamoyindamola(m): 8:04am On Mar 21 |
germaphobe:Well slot did it That's why Arteta is not special, you all defended him and said it wasn't easy defeating Guardiola Well slot did it by just get Chiesa in his first season he used same squad Klopp left for him. If he can win a double or treble or quadruple then I can start rating him, he should just win something. Funny enough I was one of his biggest fans when he won the fa cup I thought he meant serious business |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by iamoyindamola(m): 8:07am On Mar 21 |
germaphobe:The competitions we played we ended the season trophy less You made reference to Chelsea spending and I told you their achievements I didn't remind you anything, Na you they remind me of the managers we wanted to replace Arteta Like I said let the sleeping dog lie, he hasn't won anything so far yet let him win first then we can admit he's good or not |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by germaphobe(m): 8:11am On Mar 21 |
iamoyindamola:how can I mention managers when I am telling you he's the best ![]() When Leicester won the league they did with 81 points, do you know how many times we have passed that 81 points and didn't win under Arteta. If I talk now you would say I wan use Apari excuse. But who challenged Leicester. I will always celebrate and praise Arteta for his good works, just as you always want to drag and and discredit him. ![]() |

germaphobe:All the managers I suggested didn't have same financial strength, lost alot of key players and the clubs they managed are third best not even second |
