I have been owing so many app before and they have blacklisted my bvn, now am ready to offset the loan, i cant remember all app, and i no more have that particular phone number i use to log in in many of them,
Please help, how can i find those app and pay them off, i need my bvn back,

Write directly to the loan apps via email.
Note, your credit score is now in the drain. You'll need more time after you pay back before you go see loan carry again.

Oga nobody is holding your BVN. The blacklist will only prevent you from obtaining future loans, nothing more.

However, if you are still interested in repaying the loans, start with the ones you can remember. Call their customer care and get the account number for you to repay.

Some loan apps have been blocked as a result of FCCPC intervention. So, don't fret.
