Bob Dee and FFK are really two peas in a pod to most independent observers. Come on now, one does not have to look far to concede that they are both political hound dogs - cerebral thugs is not quite befitting - that will do anything for their principals at the right price.

My concern right now, though, lies with FFK's ambassadorial appointment. If the President understands the importance of diplomacy as much as he would like us to think, and means well for Nigeria on the international stage, he needs to withdraw his original offer now.

She regaled me with unprintable and horrendous tales of Femi’s inhumanity to her. I obliged and got Femi and her to reconcile, technically. Femi was so excited that he pestered me for progress on the matter, regularly, including asking me to speak to a female Senator: “I hope you managed to reach her my brother.” What more can I do to make Femi happy?..

I understand Femi’s strategy. He needs to remain in Tinubu’s good books just in case GERMANY falls through and he needs another appointment…

Fani attacked you as a person . He made politically charged comments . Those things were said in the usual nigerian politician and political jobbermen style . You DID NOT need to involve his family ! Those are incredibly personal . You can insult each other politically . Try to keep family matters out . Noone knows tomorrow . Dele himself can need Fani's help regarding his family . All the mockery was targeted at Dele and his brand. He did not insult or include his family . People should learn to separate issues during a fight. Now families have been included especially in a public space. Children and wives are involved . Saying that Fani's ex told him a lot about him has put the woman at a disadvantage already with Fani. Those are things said in confidence and this fight does not involve her and her children .

Femi was once hospitalised in a psychiatric hospital in Ghana. This fact was revealed while they tried to clear him for ministerial position under Obasanjo. Dele too has not overtime exercise any great judgement. Both are birds of a feather that flock together. Sadly, these are type of characters that parade purely political landscape.
