Built on reclaimed land along the Atlantic Ocean, Eko Atlantic offers residents an uninterrupted power supply, efficient drainage systems, top-tier security, and professionally managed facilities. These features have made the area especially attractive to high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, and corporate tenants seeking exclusivity and reliability.

Lagos is an overrated place walahi. Compared to other African cities dem no follow. Just over priced and overrated. No light, no water system, no waste system. Nothing nothing. Just agents calling ridiculous prices for houses that are not worth it.

One thing is that:
Nigerians and Africans generally disrespect money.

Such disrespect for money usually stems from poverty.
That is why if you take a girl from a comfortable (wealthy) home out, your N5,000 can make her very happy. Unlike a girl from a poor (struggling) home who is forming "rich", an outing budget of 1 million will not impress her. In fact, to prove what she is not, she will even be yelling and snapping at receptionists and those serving you. grin grin grin

It doesn't change even if they move abroad. Ask a Nigerian to get some groceries at the supermarket for you, and he will charge you 2000 pounds to do it. But his salary at the factory or care home where he works is 1500 pounds per month. grin grin grin

I am an expert in Real Estate especially Lagos and will tell you that the list is not totally correct.

A two (2) bedroom apartment in Lekki Phase 1 is as pricy as from N10m - N17m per annum. I have done so many this year. Lekki Phase One has more expensive Apartments than V.I

Ikoyi has two (2) Bedrooms Apartments going for above N20m per annum.

A two bedroom apartment in Yaba is above N5m and Ilupeju is above N5m for per annum too.

The beautiful city of Lagos... 😟

A great man once told me: 'Spencer, there is plenty of money in Lagos, but that money has a spirit. If care is not taken, the money you make there will never follow you back home.'

Looking at things now, I realize he wasn’t lying one bit. Lagos can swallow your sweat if you aren't careful.
