The ops is right to some extent, though I don’t quite agree with that of mushin and Alimosho. Depending on the area because some part are more expensive than other……however I agree With him in that of badagry even though rent are also increasing in that part of Lagos due to development and influx of people moving to that part of lagos. |

Pootle:This eventually leads to an increment in the overall rent. Regulation of rent do more harm than good. Increase the supply of houses. Allow for the importation of cement. Reduce the cost/levies of building permits. House rents will reduce. It's so simple. |

I don't pray to relocate back to that Lagos anymore despite that is was born I Lagos, don't think I can withstand lagos stress anymore.preferably state that is closer to Lagos like Ogun or ibadan, to enable me trip just some o my hours into Lagos do my business and still returned back to my calm location.
