People should cultivate the habit of reading the bible for themselves, seek understanding for those things that ain't clear, There was nowhere in the scriptures where Satan and his demons were killed. Jesus rebuked the devil, sending his legions out of possessed individual. In Revelation the bible said the old serpent was sent to the bottomless pit. In all of these things, no fire killed any devil.

Like you said, spiritual warfare is that we turn to our Lord to fight on our behalf, protecting us from the wiles of Satan. God help us.

The 'die by fire' is highly unscriptural and unchristian-like. The bible indeed warns us about the tradition of men. The same MFM that says the prayers are against spirit, will still raise prayers like: Every power, every spirit, every "personality"... die die die...

Just give one example of someone in the bible that pray 'die by fire'. Also, which fire are you referring to? Who's sending that fire? Where is the fire coming from?

I'm convinced praying for your enemies to die by fire is a satanic, unholy and ungodly prayer that rebels against the very teachings of Jesus himself. It encourages people to focus on their enemies instead of God, the author and finisher of their faith. It keeps people under the bondage of fear, so their pockets can be easily accessed.

Instead of engaging in that kind of prayer, the Bible instructs us to put on the whole armor of God! God is able to protect his children from the so called perceived enemies, and we must have faith in God's ability as Christians.
