normally I ride with Uber and bolt and per se my bolt act enter block unto make I verify vehicle report ..na him I say make I try them today ,Omo my eyes clear but aside that it was just a simple trip less than 2 hours but mehn the fuel prices no gree man enjoy him profits and the AC arguments just come de make me vex join ..I just use the trip end the day ..will learn to negotiate prices before I move to their location but my only issue is Indrive holding my funds and not giving it back for a canceled ride, even when you bargain from the app with better prices them no go accept, say na offline them wan come accept..bolt and Uber any day and anytime ..
Nobody will bargain price with you bro, unless it's from ajah/sangotedo /orchid, mayhe Chevron to airport. Bargain from the app... Mind, sometimes even the highest price presented by the app is bad, so some trips you jus gotta ignore completely. Don't stress over ac man, difference is not worth the stress, discomfort and toll on ur body abeg. Indrive dey alwsys return my money for canceled ride... Unless you later took the trip.

Bro d different on AC is worth the stress ooo...haaa i have ran d experiment with my 2.5L engine. Haaaaaaa. I'm talking of a difference of 12-15k daily n u r saying not worth d stress shocked....

Haaaa my own big boy no reach like dat ooooo🤣🤣. Abegooo...

It is my covenant to continue running my business like this. Even if the price of fuel never goes down and dey don't increase d base fare cause my profit margin IS NOT TAMPERED I'm good. It has returned to before the fuel increment only thing I don't use Ac. Cause on indrive does 300-350km trip na dem plenty pass if u dey wait 450-500km u go tey.

So in order to keep it moving cause time is money I run it like this. When I hustle finish I go my house collect AC if light dey.

Bro for me I needed to do that experiment and it works for me. My plan now is to either get cng as I still dey torch light am. Someone here said he has worked with them yet he won't do it on his car so I'm still researching or I get a smaller engine car like a yaris and use AC forever grin but for now we must adjust d koko na cashflow make my money complete

D hustle is still very good just we must all adapt to the current realities on ground

The problem is the damn commission...

I no dey really pay attention to price per kilo, but i know as i dey price... So this is 1000/km today ...i even collect pass 1000 cus i charge for waiting. If uber is giving 550...that's horrid cus their commission makes it worse.

Is Nissan Altima 2014/15 model a good car for Uber? I want to buy one that has been certified fairly good for Uber. For extra pocket money until I am able to upgrade it. Car 45 certified the car fairly okay.

But has any one here used it for Uber before? What are the cons and pros?

Hmmmmm, anything car 45 run.
Or just keep extra money down sha, it's necessary just when you are buying any Nigerian used cars.

Have you heard of CVT transmission and do you know hw fragile and complicated it is to repair especially when it goes bad?

Just buy the regular conventional car if na for Uber use, the goal is to maximize profit, spend less on repairs and maintain small car value in case we wan sell or upgrade.

If that's what you have, they accept it.
Give it a try, but you know the bigger the engine the lesser you profits.
But then no mind those car45, they are not serious people.
They inspect your car and start advertising it, they
post it up where everyone will see it.
Not like they buy it immediately or have customers down.
They inspect, post and start looking for customers .

No be fake orders o

Indrive mistakes that location as somewhere in Ajah. I spoke to a girl from there who confirmed she’s in Ajah.
As in, I noticed a lot of inaccurate and wrong locations on indrive lately.

Rider was in arepo, Lagos Ibadan expressway and indrive sent location as Abule Egba

First time of doing over 500/km here in Abuja.
Yesterday evening.
I waited about 1 hr before I saw the first trip and waited another 1 hr before the second.
With 4k fuel , fuel still remain inside tank.

I avoided long trips and focused on shorts one that can be profitable

God has commissioned me to enlighten every rider I come across grin and honestly some riders totally understand. Some request on indrive wen u see them u sef will know to offer premium services cause d price is above average.

As i approach the scene Police don dey dey give me voice and trying to harass me cheesy say why i stop beside road, Me wey don greet LASTMA officials for back telling dem my purpose at the scene. See why its nt encouraging to help in Naija. Meanwhile the lady has been stranded since or people might be rejecting pickup.
