They face same in Europe, Asia, the Americas etc.. what is the real problem we have not figured out?

Is it the color? But there are many black Arabs. there blacks in India and Asia etc. are these groups facing similars issues in their locality? Is it pronounced or subtle?

Is it the African stereotype?.. poor, uneducated, dirty,etc.

Is it the culture? But the black culture is diverse. There is no one particular culture that taints all that you can point to and say,”this is the source of the stigma.”

Racisim and tribalism is a global thing.
Even among whites...Irish people, until the 1970's used to be looked down upon by the English and the Americans. Prince Philip, the father of the current king, who was known for his equal opportunity racisim, once mocked scottish people as drunkards. Italians used to be regarded as lesser people than northern europeans, and Nazi Germany regarded people from Eastern Europe, much of France, southern Italians as subhumans. (Infact their plans for russians once they conquered them reads like something like the Rwandan genocide times twenty).

Asians..used to and are still discriminated against in Europe. Infact, in America, god help you if you drive a japanese car in some parts of Detroit...you are asking for it to be damaged and vandalized.

Even Africans discriminate against other races and tribes. Some African families would be upset if their child marries white. (One of our famous historical figures , Mazi Ibiam, married a yourba woman while studying in the UK. His older brother approved of the marriage, because he was happy that Mazi Ibiam did not pick a white woman. Honest.).

Nothing to do with blacks being the only ones.

Yeah, until the 17th century, a slave was a slave regardless of color. It was in the Americas that slavery became color based. In the Arab world, there were white slaves and black slaves and arab slaves.

The Roman empire is a good example of color blind slavery...a roman rich guy could have slaves from europe, africa and the middle east. A freed African freedman was higher in status than a blonde haired Germanic slave from the frontier in Rome.

Same thing in the Muslim world. It wasn't just Africa they raided for slaves, they also raided Europe. And Asia.

Racisim overlaps with slavery, but it is not the same thing

I don't know how wide you have traveled, if you have travelled the world you will realize how awful these guys are.
Most of the Arab countries are not worth living in. You said about how we present ourselves, go to Europe and North American and see how awful these Arabs present themselves. Even the ones in Nigeria, are awful and always gaming the system, yet Nigerians treat them with respect.

Check crime statistics by ethnic background across Europe and see where these Arabs are placed. From Rape to drug dealing and smuggling and gaming the system. You will find them on top of the crime stats. Yet, people still try to treat them like human. Hamas is a terrorist group being supported by Palestine and they have done awful things than Boko Haram could imagine, yet people still treat them with some sense of decency out here.

No body deserves to be treated badly irrespective of how messed up their countries are. Please call a spade a spade!

If this guy even understand very well his wife is not an Arab.. She is an Egyptian, Moroccan and Algerians are magrebs, berbers hash ite or Levant Arabs do see them as Arabs..
