This Malami and EFCC drama is becoming a movie. Just yesterday, Malami's people were complaining that the EFCC marked his houses even though the 14-day interim forfeiture order from January has expired. Now they’ve come back today with 5 buses to seal the place completely?

The EFCC wouldn't just show up like this unless they got a fresh 'Notice of Possession' from the court this morning to stop him from moving anything out. Plus, he just got bail last week for that DSS case, so the timing is very intentional. It looks like they want to keep him grounded before the next hearing on the 57 properties. The neighborhood is basically a 'No-Go Area' right now. Let’s see if his lawyers will bring another abuse of power statement by evening.

So how did he get the 57 properties ? Those who are shouting witch hunting can also help to answer the question.

They are looking at the ₦5.9bn Maitama duplex and the Meethaq Hotels as evidence of money laundering. On the other hand, Malami’s lawyers are arguing that the valuations are 'exaggerated' and that his businesses were already booming before 2015. The real question is whether he can prove the source of funds for the ₦200bn gap. That’s why the court ordered the Interim Forfeiture, it’s like the court is saying, 'Hold on, let’s see the receipts first.'

Is Tinubu te EFCC chairman? so Tinubu does not have work again but ordering the anti graft agency to lay a siege. They are simply doing their job, and they have to do it to the finish. It does not concern Tinubu.

So if police goes after a criminal, It is Tinubu who ordered police? think now. Institutions are independent and they must do their work to a reasonable conclusion.

Even while on bail, investigations are still ongoing and if anything sinister surfaces, they must act immediately. Everything is not Tinubu.
