The New Electoral Law forbids that. He will be a registered member of ADC, and all LP members would have been forwarded to INEC with Wards and Delegates selected. You cannot resign from ADC and then join LP, and still get the Party Nomination. It is either Datti Ahmed is ignorant of the law, or deceiving Peter Obi lol...either way, this previous style or system would fail with Electoral Act of 2026. grin
