First of all. There is No The Most Woman in the World because all Women are beautiful and no woman is more beautiful than others

I saw this ridiculously cute girl who sells things in her madames shop, her face is just so cute if they turned her into a cartoon character it would be a world wide hit, the sad part is she has bleached so much her skin and she is now developing skin patches since it appears she cannot afford to continue the skin bleaching the original skin color is coming back.
When I saw her I thought she was cute.... Should I tell her she is cute to boost her self esteem ? The problem is I'm 45 and she is like 22, if I pay her a compliment she can take it to mean I am interested in her.

One way of gaining self confidence is by giving others self confidence.
