The security situation is getting out of hand. The more they patch the more it leaks.

I don't know why most ladies like shouting 'JES.US' when recording events. Can't they look for other alternative phrases as a replacement when trying to express suprise or shocking incidents.

As for the incidents, thank God that people had to stand up to protect themselves.

When politicians hear news like this , what they do is to beef up security around themselves, families and properties, they don't bother about the people. When you see the number of security personnels following some politicians, you will weep for ordinary Nigerians 💔💔💔

Use that one perpetrator to find their enclave and flush them out. I’m surprised they could be fended off. I doubted they were human beings.

I swear very irritating. The way she was just shouting Jesus is even scarier than the fight itself.

Just imagine citizens are allowed to bear arms for self defence. These useless terrorists would have behaved themselves.

But I didn't mention 'Jesus'. Do not take the Lord's name in vain" (Exodus 20:7). That's my point.

They are cowards, they have automatic weapons and the people, the good people have nothing to defend themselves. The state governors must arm their people, federal government can not protect everyone, the country is too big. Fulani militia, herdsmen and their jihadists terrorists kidnappers brothers are cowards. Show them no mercy.

OKay, let us fund the police well well

But when I say that, nairalanders will tell me that the police will steal the whole money (money that would be spent on things that would first keep them safe, talkless Nigerians), or that we are too poor to pay taxes, or that the tax would be stolen by government (because too many of you are too lazee to hold government to account, plus most of you live in the fantazy that we are like Saudi) or that you be agbadoe.

Yes...apparently calling for more funding for the police with the idea they would do their job well means you are an APC supporter.

Then they call for state police, knowing fully well their states, even places like Lagos, cannot fund it well (for a good enuf police force for lagos, the spending would be several times the total budget of Lagos itself.).

Nigerians want to share money, they don't want their country to make money, and they hide behind tropes and adhomiens to avoid having tough discussions about that.

Exactly, that is why you need state policing urgently for speed of response

Definition of a Bandit: A bandit is primarily defined as a robber, outlaw, or thief, typically one who is a member of a gang and attacks travelers or resides in remote, lawless areas. They often engage in organized criminal activities, including armed robbery, extortion, and banditry.

Definition of a Terrorist: A terrorist is an individual who engages in, advocates for, or plots violent, criminal acts intended to cause death or serious bodily injury to civilians or non-combatants. The primary purpose of these acts is to intimidate a population, government, or international organization in order to advance a political, religious, racial, or ideological cause.

I honestly don't think these guys should have been labelled as "Bandits". This is a misrepresentation of who they really are.
