Following the recent discovery and subsequent legal proceedings at the Federal High Court in Abuja, a chilling narrative has emerged regarding a dismantled espionage network. Iran had sleeper cells in Nigeria who have been actively spying on both the U.S. and Israeli embassies. These cells were carrying out information and surveillance gathering on both U.S. and Israeli interests in Lagos, including the U.S. Consular office. They were sending this data back to an individual identified as Abu Ali in Iran through encrypted software, preparing such locations for a terrorist attack. The operation was led by Haruna Ali Abbas, who acted as the primary coordinator for the cell. Abbas, along with Ibrahim Hussein Musa and Adam Suleiman, was intercepted by the Department of State Services (DSS) following a period of intense clandestine activity. According to testimonies from DSS Deputy Director James Simon, the defendants confessed to receiving specialized training at an Iranian military barracks. During their time in Iran, they were instructed in weapon handling and the collection of open source intelligence specifically targeting American and Israeli assets. The cell's tradecraft was sophisticated, utilizing coded language and high level encryption software to exfiltrate tactical target packages to their handler, Abu Ali. These packages included detailed lists of American and Israeli concerns in Lagos and their precise locations mapped out for potential kinetic strikes. Beyond physical surveillance, the cell even monitored diplomatic cooperation, such as Israeli agricultural support to the Kwara State government, to identify every possible point of contact. The downfall of Abbas began on March 16, 2013, when Abbas was arrested at the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport while returning from Lebanon. The subsequent investigation revealed a broader conspiracy to recruit young Nigerians for terrorism training abroad. Now facing trial before Justice Emeka Nwite, the defendants extrajudicial statements have exposed the depth of the plot, with the court adjourning until April 4 for further cross examination as the Nigerian government seeks to finalize the sentencing for these acts of preparatory terrorism. |

Things are hard as it is, the Iran war has made fuel even more expensive, transport cost are soaring, if you join power subsidy is gone join, it will be absolutely unhinged. Even prices of food and other agricultural stuff that has gone down before are beginning to rise rapidly become of the fuel cost. It's hard |

chrisooblog:Yes, in Jan when the naira was gained rapidly, CBN had to quickly intervene and bought all the excess dollar in the market to the tune of $230m, the naira reversed and stabilised back to 1370- 1400 Yes, the Governors have to do so much more as they are getting so much more now but the federal government usually set the fiscal tone for the country. For now, Mr Edun handling of our budget has been horrendous. Imagine we are still financing part of 2024 and 2025 budget in 2026. Lots of contractors are still being owed, ministries are complaining of non disbursal of budgeted and approved funds, there has been zero policy to drive down inflation and stimulate the manufacturing and industrial base. A total epic failure fiscally. Yes, Mrs Oduwole and the other woman are trying their best but the finance minister and the coordinating minister of the economy is not coordinating anything. The revenue drive is yielding good result but zero impact. Wale Edun should've been eased out since the second year. |

This is why Boko Haram and every form of terrorism will not end in this country. The Chief of Army Staff is out here likening a terrorist to the biblical prodigal son 🤮🤮🤮. This is the head of the army that decently lost a major general to the same terrorists.

BlueRayDick:haven't you heard what Hezbollah has been doing the IDF in southern Lebanon? Offing them with anti tank missiles, they fry and char them inside Thier tanks , pure masterclass guerilla warfare. Mind you, Hezbollah is one of the subsidiaries of the resistance axis created by Iran. I expected you to gloat that the Hormuz is opened, or that Iran nuclear uranium has been achieved by idf/USA, or that trump and netenyahu have installed a puppet regime in Tehran.. I mean these a the clear military goals of the operation epic failure. But it's almost getting to a month and what we have is a merry go round while trump is here begg allies and even adversaries like china to join him in the fight.. Una no dey shame ? |

I have to ask you be honest. Was Republican negative and bitter against Obama during Libya invasion? The way Democrats are celebrating and even wishing USA loses just because it's Trump is alarming. raumdeuter: |

Could Israel be the greatest country of all time? Since everybody blames everything on them. JFK assassination - Israel Charlie Kirk assassination - Israel 9/11 - Israel false flag ISIS - Israel October 10 - Israel staged it to destroy Gaza Israel controls USA Benjamin Netanyhu controls trump. Make people stay one place..one minute they are saying Israel is small weak country that can survive without USA, the next minute they are saying same Israel is responsible for everything in the world including controlling USA. |

Sportsweb:During Obama years, I was left leaning and supported Obama. I watched fox news a few times and they were very critical of his handling of Libya like the way the ambasador Stevens was killed in Benghazi. How much information and warning the US had and if the defence dept acted quick enough. Then Obama and Hillary was the Secretary of State. The Democrats wanted to move on and bury t, but the Republicans, especially Sean Hannity and Bill Oreilly on Fox kept hammering on it The Republicans mostly supported the invasion of Libya cos they liked that Ghadaffi was made to pay for his sins which includes the bombing at Lockrbie in 1988 What I am seeing now with the Trump opposition is bitterness Even we have people doing this on the streets of America

Sportsweb:I will give my own opinion The Jews have been historically very successful I will say more successful per capita than any other group. when you are successful, It breeds jealousy Lets go into some history we read, In Shakespeares Merchant of Venice that was written about 400yrs ago a guy Jew was called Shylock and was depicted as a wicked person, What did Shylock do, He was a money lender in Italy, An Italian approached him for loan and promised that if he didn't pay back, He should use a knife and take a Pound of flesh from him. Which they both agreed to. Time for payment reached Bassiano(maybe that is the name) defaulted on the loan, when Shylock wanted to take the pound of flesh as agreed to, he became the bad guy and the judge used Wayo and technicalities for him say its only pound of flesh, it must not be more than or less than 1 pound, then they didnt agree on blood, say blood must not drop. The story made Shylock to be the bad guy for trying to enforce the agreement they made The Jews came as refugees all over Europe, they had their own specific religion and beliefs and somehow made them very successful everywhere and there was mass hatred towards them. I will even say if Hitler had not attacked them someone in Europe would have eventually done it. And despite all the campaign of anti semitism, the world is still almost going back there The extreme left and right might have little in common, they hate themselves but when it comes to Jew hate, they find a common ground You can literally chant death to Jews, wish them harm and people will cheer for you in Western nations today never mind the Arab ones Someone asked Joe Rogan that of 8bn people in the world how many are Jews, and he said like 1bn. That is the world biggest podcaster who is not even woke and liberal. He is someone I consider neutral and believes there are 1bn Jews in the world when in reality the total population of Jews in the entire world is about 16m less than population of Lagos. Ijaws in Nigeria are almost that size So anything that happens that you don't like or cannot explain, Just attach Jew to it and it starts making sense |
