I think its more about the players around him, he is a one time CF and the players surrounding him hold ball much longer
If that is the case, then he needs to adjust his game to theirs. Everybody can’t suddenly change their game, which had worked for them for years, to suit yours unless you’re a sure thing like prime Ronaldo or Messi.

That's what he's doing, sometimes he drag defenders to him and create opening for others

I still believe Norgard should be given chance. He is a decent player that shouldn't be warming bench. I understand the coach is under immense pressure to deliver this season but still he needs to take risk if he truly wants to last in this club.

The fact that zubimendi is not giving us what we want, he should be rested for some games

THIS!

I’ve told my brother and several friends who are big Arsenal fans that this is the major problem with Gyo. Man wants to come into the team and have everybody play to his style and whims. But that’s not how things work. You have to learn how your teammates and find a way to acclimatize your game to theirs. Else, you’ll struggle.

Cunha had the same mentality at United earlier in the season. He was always trying to do everything by himself. He’s wiser now, hence his recent goals and assists, but there’s room for improvement.

Gyo needs to do exactly that, aside improving his touches, reading of the game and so on.
I don't understand how a lot of Arsenal fans don't see this. If you talk about Gyokeres they start thinking you don't know ball.
Big shout out to Spy360 I can now understand a bit of what it felt like defending Havertz everyday. Cus the same fans that criticised kai heavily can't take or understand the little being said about Gyokeres.

Pep this Pep that
City this City that

One bitter truth we will need to tell ourselves is that if we should dominate EPL for the next ten years, Pep and City had a hand in it.
They're our rival but I wouldn't ignore the fact that they make us better.
Every season, they raise the standard and by trying to match them, we're improving our own standard too. Two key issues that keep letting us down are our self sabotage and manager's inexperience. Yea, Arteta is still learning. Maybe in other league, his inexperience might not have made any significant impact but in EPL, it's impossible. You will pay for it. As for self sabotaging, it's down to the quality of the squad. On a day City is destined to lose points, one player would turn up for them. I can remember Foden, Gvardiol and of course Haaland. Arsenal doesn't have any for now.

City are our rivals but I must thank them for how far they have pushed us. I pray they lose all their remaining matches though.

Gyokeres cannot be as prolific in Arsenal and it's because of how we play.

I have said this several times.

The way Arteta uses his centre forward and how he positions his players in the attacking transition will not allow the CF score plenty goals because he is also creating chances or spaces.

If you check you will notice that Gyokeres goals output is similar to what Havertz did last season.

That was why I spent time and effort defending the guy. Now eyes don clear.

It's not the player's fault it's how the manager wants to play.

Arteta does not want to rely on a particular player for his goals, he wants his goals to come across the team. Arsenal has more goal scorers in the squad than any other team.

The disadvantage is to the striker but the advantage is to the team.

White was booed while coming on, he scored the only goal for England and still caused a penalty.
This is why I love football

If I was an English fan who follows the country’s league religiously , I would also be wondering on what basis did white get England national team call up 🤷‍♂️

HR barely played for Arsenal this season and the few times he came on, it was nkt like he gave man of the match performances within those few minutes.

I guess that's why they are booing him.

No
Hd was booed because of the way he treated the NT under mumugate
No football fans can accept rejection, he rejected call up

Should those ones have even called him up despite the bad blood between them? Could’ve put out feelers first before asking him to camp. And from what I’ve heard Mumugate was the party who outed their affairs in public.

Exactly
Mumugate instead of addressing the issue will go to the press and say white doesn't want to play for 3 lions again

This guy is cheaper than kvara we shouldn't lose focus, we should concentrate on him especially after we have contacted his team before
We should go for Bakayoko too sell off trossard and Martinelli, Newcastle and villa want trossard Atletico want Martinelli or Greenwood

I hope all these returns from international break are precautions because almost our starting 11 are all injured according to reports
Hincapie will be going back to London to get checked

I am so happy for V. Gyokeres. What a performance over the last 2 games for Sweden.

He scored 4 consequential goals in 2 days. He has essentially carried Sweden to the WC.

Kid is talented and deserves to play in the middle. Hopefully, we can properly integrate these young guys into our first team come next season. Winning tangible trophies (EPL/ UCL) this season will help relax some of Arteta’s hesitations.
