How can a business genius suggest that one should suffer double jeopardy, of paying taxes and having taxes collected on one's behalf by governments to employ well paid workers for the provision of services and utilities, only to resort to self help because they failed?

Unfortunately, that is what business is really all about. All over the world.

Only the self employed, professionals and employees have the luxury of waiting for perfect conditions or blame circumstances before they do things productively in the business space.

So, the answer is YES.
