LONDON — A British-based content creator, popularly known as Oyinbo Naija Boy, has released a blistering video message targeting Seyi Tinubu and the Presidency following reports that Nigerians in the UK were paid to stage “solidarity rallies” during President Bola Tinubu’s state visit.

The creator’s outburst follows leaked videos from mid-March 2026, which allegedly show members of the City Boy Movement and other youths receiving cash payments of £500 (approximately ₦900,000) to cheer for the President in London and Windsor. Some reports suggest participants were paid £200 on the first day and a larger £500 sum on the second day of the royal visit.

Fixing Nigeria goes beyond the availability of money. A Nigerian president needs feasible plan, strategy, grit to implement the strategy, sincerity of purpose and clean records to step on evil toes. These are traits that Tinubu obviously lacks.

There is no manner of evil that APC hasn't done since 2015, they learnt well from PDP, perfected and became masters of what they learnt, even PDP that they learnt evil from will be surprised at what APC does most times💔💔💔💔

The president needs to be very stubborn, has good plans, surrounded by people that’re ready to work and not people who’s crazy for the mullah or power.

My annoyance is that they pay my fellow laptop boys like Putindbutt, burob , Yarimo, etc peanuts 30k naira monthly to be defending Tulumbu in all platforms online and they paid those in uk £500 …. This is more than 1m naira …. Yet they couldn’t do a good job…. I’m really disappointed….
