I eat golden morn every night before i go to bed. The only thing that i add to it is sachet powder milk and enough water to drink it like garri.

I noticed my sugar is getting high. Until i check the back label sugar content and behold 11g.

It can’t be only Golden Morn raising your sugar level. Visit a dietician and tell the person all you eat daily. The source will be there.

. u eat only small portion from the golden morn… so u are not taking 11g of sugar every night because it’s the entire pack that contain 11g….

Go and audit your diet well, something else is spiking your sugar

that picture is the smaller pack. It was zoom. Not big pack

All this analysis na for people wey get money to consume golden morn on a daily basis.

But, how a full grown male adult go dey consume golden morn every night

that's not how it works. There should be no need for them to put sugar mix. The body already sees the meal as sugar and adding sugar is killer. They can instead seal the sugar inside the pack like indommie sauce. Those that want sugar can use it. Some people feed their pet this morn.

I sleep late most nights. Either online or watching TV. So that hungry and cravings always come.

That's about 25% sugar. Then you have all the other unhealthy stuff in it.

That's a lot per one meal daily.

but you will still feel the sugar when you adds water for morn.

Look a cube of sugar is 2-3g. But that not how it works in products. They do add alot on drink to enhance the taste.

I use groundnuts.

I will just look for sugarless biscuits instead.

He might be having a redundant growth so consuming little insignificant foods wouldn't matter much to him since he's stopped growing

The 11g is not really your problem as you likely don't consume all the pack at once. The problems are;
1. The food itself is mostly carbohydrate. The body easily converts carbohydrates to sugar.
2. The type of food is highly processed carbohydrate. Highly processed foods are typically lacking or low in fibre and are digested much faster than others. So the speed at which they turn to sugar is faster thereby adding too much sugar too fast into your blood.
3. The time of eating (at night) is also bad for metabolism. Sugar produced close to bed time remain in the blood stream for longer. So the sugar spike (the main issue) stayed so for hours while you rested. No activities to quickly use up the sugar.

This is a typical recipe for insulin malfunction, the precursor for diabetes and heart disease.

Who wouldn't want sugar here? The maize in the golden morn is pure carb, basically sugar in your system.
