During WW1, Russia was taken by the Ottoman empire, it ceased to exist. Untill UK and France [/b]freed them and destroyed the Ottoman empire. [b]A great famine wiped out 70million people in China, untill the US sent them money and food, signed a deal to build companies in China, and took about 100k Chinese to live and work in USA.
