Hello My Fellow Honda users.

I use an honda pilot 07 model....very strong and reliable car but there is an issue with the rear wheel . The left wheel at the back is always bent when loaded.

Is there any permanent solution to this please ?
YES. Just work on all the rear bushings first. If they are all okay, modification is the your solution
Re: The HONDA Club by flootintin: 11:10pm On Mar 05
Little help here

I noticed vibrations in my accord 2009 when accelerating between 40kmh - 60kmh. Especially when shifting from 2 to 3 then it stops.

Transmission fluid is clean, no hard shifts.

That's the popular CAMBAR issue with Honda Pilot and CRV. There is a permanent fix for it, but I'll have to ask and get back to you. Few people in the Honda group I'm in had theirs fixed permanently but I can't remember how they went about it.

This is coming from a Honda fan boy, you should probably just get a Toyota SUV/Pickup with timing chain .

Honda does this annoying thing were practically all of their V6s, pickups and SUVS use timing belts.

If you insist on getting the Ridgeline, I would suggest you go with a mechanic that is really good, not a "e no mean" mechanic, and change the timing belt to a new one, because its an interference engine and most Nigerians don't have good maintenance, or keep maintenance records. If the belt breaks, your engine is gone, or would take major damage.

1. Go for 06/07
2. Scan the car
3. Take it for a test drive
4. Scan it again after the test drive (Because some fault codes don't show up , until you drive it for some distance )
5. Check the suspension components especially the ball joint
6. Make sure the Oxygen sensor doesn't give a fault code, the Tokunbo upstream sensor(The short one) is very scarce , except you want to import the OEM which costs between 250-400k
7. Check for the catalytic converter, if it isn't there and you like the car, use it to beat the price down.
8. Buy the 4 cylinder engine
9. I don't know your preference , but the leather seat is a more comfortable ride. I think only the EX trim for 4 cylinder comes with leather seat/

I want to sell my Honda Civic 2003/2004. Let me tell you the truth about this car.

The engine is perfect and superb. You don't need to worry about the engine.

Gear is working perfectly. Everything is OK. What you need to work on or change is these;

- Repaint the body
- Work on AC pipe in the engine. The AC is working fine
- Buy Seat Covers

That is all!

Price: #3m
Price is negotiable.

Chat with me on WhatsApp +2347060624802. Reason am selling the car is because I need money to do something asap. That is why if not I don't want to sell it because of the price of cat nowadays.

Please and please don't call or chat me if you want to waste my time and not ready to buy. Abeg you. Just ignore me.

Please where do you all get OEM parts and oils from in Nigeria? I am sure there are so many fakes in the market, so if you want to get parts, CVT transmission fluid, brake fluid, etc, who is the most trusted person for Honda that you're certain can never sell fakes?

Disconnect the O2 sensors and try again. If car works fine, have your technician check the wires.

Please advice, I had the drive light blinking and VSA light on when I hard accelerated from 1 to 2 over the weekend. The transmission stopped shifting and when I scanned, the code was P0756. I cleared the code and transmission worked again. I noticed that the code comes up when I drive on bad untarred road. The code is shift solenoid B stuck off. What do I do?

Get your rewire to check the gear switch and service it if possible. It's nothing too much to worry about.
Re: The HONDA Club by rapheal5(m): 4:42pm On Mar 28
Good day house, Honda civic 09/010 steering fluid leaking on the passenger tyre side. It’s been over a year I only top oil twice.
I saw a post someone made on facebook about it, like it’s unfixable, he said he has tried different mechanic they just can’t do it and I never see it as a serious issue until I saw the post. I noticed the hose carrying the oil from oil plastic container is always covered in oil moisture.

Help, my 05 Honda Accord doesn't engage in drive in the morning, but the reverse gear engage. I have changed the oil and serviced one part like dt on top of the gear and also the transmission oil filter too, yet, no changes.
It work perfectly again once that D later engage.

Just start saving up for a new gear. In my honest opinion, don't spend a penny repairing that gear again because it's just a waste.

Just buy a replacement gear, service it with the recommended Honda transmission oil and have peace of mind afterwards.

Speaking from experience.

This looks like a mix of electrical issues and failing Solenoid. Have this checked by your Auto Electrician.

I got the rewire to check the wiring and no defect was found. I also changed the solenoid but on test driving with the replacement solenoid, I noticed the same issue with code p0780. I also noticed that the fluid in the solenoid is darker that at the dipstick. At the dipstick, the fluid is clear but at the solenoid, it is dark. Do I need to drain and refill?
