There is freedom of association in our constitution.
Just as you have freely decided to support the ruling APC, others have freely chosen to oppose it. There lies the split. You cannot force everyone to follow your path. They are not your children Mr. Schoolmaster who is always right and everyone else wrong.

Tinubu and Wike is the problem of PDP. Tinubu is using Wike to disorganise PDP. As it stands now, PDP is just a paper party. They can't win any election again. Wike is indirectly in APC.

You are excellently spot on. I'm not a supporter of ADC Or APC, but once you call Obi or Atiku out for these corrections, they automatically put you in the APC.

Stop deceiving yourself because you know the truth. Wike was angry because Atiku refused to chose him as his running mate which made Wike to run mad and he decided to kill PDP with the help of federal apparatus especially the courts.

So Wike is to be blamed now? When Atiku was only taking the party's presidential ticket and after he lost, he will run to Dubai. Remember that Saraki, Tambuwal and others once decamped to APC but Wike didnt. It was when Atiku didn't stick to agreement in 2023 that made him pledge his loyalty to Jagaban. So Wike that didn't decamp from PDP should be blamed but Saraki, Atiku, Obi, Tambuwal that were defecting up and down shouldn't be blame?

President Franklin Roosevelt of America served as the 32nd POTUS from 1933 to 45 well beyond his constitutionally mandated 2 terms....he was of the democratic party but the republicans adopted him and urged him to continue so whats the fuss all on about.......AD was the biggest opposition party in 2003 but they adopted obj of the PDP as their candidate.

You don’t hold a whole party hostage, bend structures to your personal will, flirt with the opposition, and then expect applause for being ‘consistent.’ That’s not loyalty, that’s power abuse wrapped in political packaging.
People didn’t leave because they weren’t consistent they left because they refused to be part of a system being manipulated in broad daylight. Call it what it is: not consistency, but political fraud with influence.

People left because they were looking for convenient and easier routes and platforms by which they could contest, win and have better political gains or political career advancement.

Wike is consistent. He has always stuck to his position. And has remained with the pdp through thick and thin. Even when he has the chance to decamp to the APC.

Like Dino Melaye once said, even Jesus can't save some people from condemnation. There are exceptions to every rule. Most families have that one person that no matter the effort other family members put in to try to make him useful, he has refused to be. Making peace starts from Wike himself, just like fixing Nigeria starts from the common man on the street, not Tinubu. It must start from somewhere and in PDP's case, it starts from Wike. It is only motivational speakers that tell you everything is possible. There are many things that are not possible.

When did Republicans adopt FDR? All the elections he participated in, the Republican party had their candidate. He was able to run for four terms because the constitutional limit of two terms were not yet in the US constitution then. It was after his death that the 22nd amendment was made which limited presidential term to 2.

AD couldn't have been the largest opposition in 1999. They had 6 governors while APP (later ANPP) had 9.
