If people continue to post false information about a topic, the sensible thing is to put it to rest to avoid lies from spreading
But the plethora of lies and innuendoes targeted at Peter Obi are fair game, which I suspect are also surreptitiously encouraged.

Are you sure you were born then or know what happened then?

The 1992 Nigerian Senate election in Lagos State was held on July 4, 1992, to elect members of the Nigerian Senate to represent Lagos State.
People who were born then and witnessed everything firsthand, plus those who read and were able to comprehend the ops post will be laughing at your ignorance and foolhardiness.

When a nairaland moderator takes out time to create a post in defense of the president then you don't need to be told in more explicit terms this platform is in the bag of the ruling party.
Let's pray they will extend this spirit of 'fairness' to other aspirants when the elections heats up.
But when the other moderator creates thread praising Obi, you shine your nsala-stained teeth at him.

Mynd44 I salute your effort to clarify the misleading information been spread with vuvuzelas by the online ipobidents Mob.
See how they're attacking, antagonizing, castigating, trying to disparage and ridicule you for trying to correct the false narrative they're trying to push and cyberbully everyone to accept.

Check the monikers, they're the same folks that beloved Buhari a whole president of the largest Black nation in the world, died and was buried like a local dog without any recognition in a foreign country. To make it worst they even doubled down with more lies that he was replaced by a body double/clone Jubril from Sudan. Something so illogical to comprehend, yet with all clarification, all the detailed explanations of how silly, insultive and disrespectful such a narrative was, they still adhere to it till date like if it's a holy scripture.

So hope you are taking notice of such monikers, they are Chief desimators of misinformation on this site.

Check the Chicago document, are they constient? Tinubu has a wife around Surulere, mama Segun, the woman celebrated 70 when Tinubu celebrated 60. Ask anyone around Ekololu or Falolu. Tinubu is not 74, much older than that. Go to Guardianand get real copy. He said he went to St Paul, Aroloya, no st Paul, but St John, he claimed GCI, no one ever known him in Ibadan, a female enter Chicago state University, a man came out. Another fact from the write was that, it was not 2004 and was before 1999, he was a governor then, so he was only referred to as Senator. Truth doesn't need to fight for itself, it only present facts. I didn't want say it, but this has pushed words into my mouth, no mod goes to different markets, but many are defending oppressors by suppressing the truth.
grin grin grin grin
No mind the op. Tulumbu also had a wife around Isale Eko. Mama Kudi. She celebrated her 120th birthday just yesterday. Tulumbu can't be less than 130 years old.

No way Tinubu is 74, he can't be my fathers age mate, my oldman is very fit, healthy and can walk long distance but Tinubu staggers and can't even walk or stand unaided for long.

Mynd44:
Every year, a particular interview done by Guardian Newspaper's Clifford Ndujihe with President Bola Tinubu as Guest always creeps up as people try to falsely associate it with age falsification and what not.

The false information is always said to disprove his age and people who do this try to present the date of the publication as Friday, October 10, 1993 to say Bola Tinubu was 52 in 1993 hence his present age isn't what he calls it. Firstly, October 10 1993 was not a friday.

In the interview, the reporters asks Tinubu how it feels to be back from exile. It should be noted that after the events of the June 12 1992 elections, Bola Tinubu and several democracy activists had to flee Nigeria under the threat of the Military administration then.

Tinubu was asked what led to his going on exile and he reference the assassination of Kudirat Abiola, the late wife of the winner of the June 12 1992 election, MKO Abiola. Note that Kudirat Abiola was killed June 4th, 1996.

He also spoke about how he came back from exile but it is on record that Tinubu returned from exile in 1998

He also spoke about the death of Abiola and how he saw Abiola's grave and he wished he could hug him one more time. But MKO Abiola die July 7, 1998

He then went on to speak about how he was presently in the Alliance for Democracy (AD). AD a political party where Tinubu campaigned to be governor of Lagos on the platform of was formed September 9, 1998.

Now except Tinubu is a time traveller or he was able to see the picture, it is evident that that interview was not published at any time close to 1993.

I dug a bit and found what year Tinubu was 52 and it was 2004.
A close look at the news paper shows that the exact date has to be 15, 16 or 10. Only 15 October correlates with the day of the week.

Clearly by the events, it showed the publication was done after 1998 and no other date correlate except 2004.

Verdict: Using the Guardian to claim the president falsified his age is wrong and simply mischief making

Yes he did. He shot himself in the foot by not noting the descripancy between that publication and Guardian interview.

Looking at tinubu in that picture, it's not hard to tell he was not 49yrs old. He looked 60+

However, 75 is still not same as 74.

Everything about Tinubu must be taken with a pinch of salt, oluwole really took a toll on him.
