Obi can get a minimum of 10m votes from the South while Kwankwaso can get minimum of 5m votes from the North. If Atiku would coorporate with them.

They seem to realise that a divided opposition does not help but I also want you to remember that Tinubu is not as popular as he thinks he is and I used stats to prove that on my posts. Except what you are referring to is rigging, not meeting the constitutional requirement to be declared president is a headache for him. Why do you think they are getting all the Governors in the hope of securing the number of states required and why do the likes of Okpeboloho threaten others that it's Tinubu or nothing? If they were that confident and assured, they won't be bothered by a disjointed opposition. Again, don't forget the number of months it took the opposition to put up that show in the election. We've not seen that since Buhari's time at CPC or ANPP.

Aside Obi and Kwankwanso, no other politician has been able to prove themselves ALONE outside the establishment.

Obi has the brightest chance going by the last election result followed by Kwankwanso. I choose these two because they left PDP and did not have the structure of the regular party, which Atiku benefitted from using the PDP platform. You also have to look at the time they had to test themselves between the election primaries and election.

If you want to know what that means, Ribadu ran the Presidential election in 2011 under AC and failed with that party structure. Obi and Kwankwanso have been able to test their popularity as candidates outside the regular establishments and done well. Both had no Governors in their party before contesting and pulled a good number in the last election. Buhari used his CPC to bargain with AC to get the Presidential slot in APC. Buhari could say whether he used ANPP or CPC, he could gather votes. I'm not so sure Atiku can do that. He was a presidential candidate of the Action Congress in the 2007 presidential election coming in third to Umaru Yar'Adua of the PDP and Muhammadu Buhari of the ANPP. Atiku came a distant third in that election with less than 10% of the votes.


Obi and Saraki/Kwankwanso

A Saraki will be a difficult campaign for APC that has defaulted to using tribes against themselves. Saraki ticks two boxes of Yoruba/North Central who have been looking for relevance since Gowon.

Here is the stats of the declared winners since 1999. Mr Bola Ahmed tinubu was not a popular president elect

A United opposition will defeat tinubu before the election begins. With a wiiiiiiiiiiiiiide margin. There is no need to argue about that.

Kwankwanso did prove to be a bit arrogant and that interview confirmed it for me. He overestimated his popularity and now all of them can negotiate based on data

Fact: Tinubu remains the most unpopular president to have won the Presidential elections. He is the easiest to kick out. Back then, PDP told AC, CPC and opposition parties when they were reigning that to kick us out, you need to unite as opposition. That's what they learned in 2015.

I think it's better the way it happened, at least everyone now know who has more electoral value between the two. If he had accepted to work with Obi and they eventually won, he won't be humble, he would have been on Obi's nerves like Atiku to OBJ believing that they won because of his influence, at least for now even himself knows the value of Peter Obi

Peter Obi doesn't necessary have more electoral value than Kwankwaso, Peter Obi's electoral values come from timing being its time for the south and perhaps the South east aswell. Alot of Peter Obi's popularity even came from working/running with atiku in 2019. Besides that Peter Obi keeps a low political profile, influence and structure. Kwankwaso has more of these but it is time for the south and for that reason Obi has been chosen as the best suited from the south.

If Obidents overflog this narrative they are projecting they will be missing the actual reality of the situation.

This is why Wike is a good boy and there is nothing you will say that will make the President abandon him based on how he helped to get him the announced results even though that's not what the people of Rivers voted for.

You have forgotten how the KKK states were formed in 2015. The 1.9m votes APC got in 2015 alone was smack down.

The circumstances have changed.

Rivers is settled. PBAT has got Wike and Fubara. APC is stronger now.

Lagos is settled. Endsars effect doesn't operate. Obi has been unmasked. The element of surprise will not hold.

Kano unlike 2022 will be shared.

The truth is that PBAT doesn't need rigging to comfortably win 2027 election. He will be far stronger in 2027 than 2022. The strongest opposition which is ADC is weak. Forget a few popular names. In Nigeria apart from the flag bearer's personality you need strong party to win election. The opposition is aware. They just want to put up average show and start crying rigging.
