We reject @inecnigeria’s interpretation of the Court of Appeal ruling.

We knew that INEC was being pressured by a government that has become jittery from the ADC’s rising momentum even in the face of its relentless assault on all opposition parties.

INEC’s press statement is full of contradictions that fly in the face of both facts and reason. We shall clarify these contradictions for all to see. What is clear, however, is that INEC has caved to pressure and has chosen to side with the government against the Nigerian people.

We are currently reviewing our options, and we shall make these known soon.

Meanwhile, we call on our members and all Nigerians to remain steadfast as they await further directives.

They have only done this to slow down the momentum and prevent the unprecedented level of heavyweight defections they have been seeing in recent days. If anyone is still in doubt that he will attempt to be a life president, this is all the confirmation you need.

The joke is actually on you. How come they are now usurpers in EVERY viable political party in Nigeria under the tenure of your brother? First LP, then PDP, NNPP and now ADC. Why is he afraid of an election? INEC cannot wake up in the middle of the night to begin to interprete a court judgement after all opposition candidates including Kwankwaso defected to the ADC. It should have approached the court for an interpretation. Nafiu Bala already resigned from the party.

They won't put their hoise in order only to turn around to blame their adversaries and whip up sentiment

Just like the hijacking of LP party excos before the 2023 election, the same script is working in ADC currently.

Even if Atiku and co want to hijacked the party from those who have been members, excos for years, they should be able to work with them without having internal party dispute

The people going to court are opposition members. Mr Nafiu Bala Gombe was in ADC before the Criminal coalition members arrived. He is a citizen and has the right to demand for what rightfully belongs to him. The ruling party will not help you placate a man you stole from. Do the right thing and give him back what belongs to him or the court will step up and protect him from the scavengers.
