Firstly, there was a judgement and the judgement hasn't been overwritten by another judgement from Court of higher jurisdiction. While a judgement is in force any transaction contrary to the judgement is deemed null and void. Before any transaction is done the interpretation of the judgement ought to have been settled by the factions. The Judiciary cannot be ridiculed by emotions.

If it is true that Gombe resigned immediately after the judgement which was delivered few days or weeks ago does that means the end of the faction? Does it mean the faction no longer existed? Courts recognizes Political Party as an institution and not as an individual. If truly he has resigned according to your story, he should follow legal process to inform Judiciary and INEC that he has resigned and another legal process to inform the Judiciary and INEC that the Faction has ceased to exist. Without these two processes the Judgement remains.

ADC should do the right thing if they are serious with participating in 2027 general election.
There is still ample time for them to switch parties, but they won't for strategic reasons
You can't approach a process via an illegitimate route and expect to get it right.

There are usurpers because no one in those parties are interested in building but in taking! You want to adopt a party that already has factions, you didn’t consult the two warring factions, you took the side of those that supported you. Why didn’t David Mark and co. form a new party and float it like APC did in 2012? Check all the parties, at the root of their problem is that no one is ready to make sacrifices. If Tinubu had insisted on being Buhari’s VP in 2015, they would have had their issues too!

It is quite unfortunate that every organs of government has been used by Tinubu to cripple opposition in the country. This is not how democratic system is being run in other countries. Good morning. Nafiu Bala did not resigned. It was on the chairman that resigned . The David Mark and Co did not carry along the vice chairman who suppose to act as chairman according to their party constitution. I knew something like this will happen since last year when they took over the party.

Tinubu is the total opposite of democracy. The man is not democratic in nature at all. He is planning to turn the country into one party state just to hold grip on Nigeria government. He will fail.
