There was a case in court between Abia State government and FG challenging the withholding of LG funds to states using Caretaker Committee chairmen to run LGs. The Supreme court decided that it was unconstitutional for FG to withhold allocation of LG funds, but still required states to conduct LG elections.

Peter Obi conducted LG elections in Jan 2014. If you like argue about the timing of the election, the constitution should have made that clear just like it makes it clear when Presidential and governorship elections should be conducted. Peter Obi conducted LG elections as required by the constitution, that's the fact.

He will ask you how many Journalist Tinubu has jailed and how many political opposition he has executed.

Let the ADC go and put their house in order or they all move to another platform while making sure they do it correctly this time. If they don't, someone will mess them up again

My interest is good governance coming from who can offer it and definitely not Tinubu and his comrades in the Association of Disgruntled Comrades ADC who are no different from him. Tinubu promised power he failed. It is your choice to keep following a politician who will deny the obvious just to be President. He clearly will throw his followers under the bus just to be President.
