When you set up a business for your wife, let her know that you are both running it together. Let her be reporting her sales to you daily. In that way, she isn't the owner of the business solely. All the businesses my wife has done which I financed, I made sure I always disturb her to snap the sales and send to me. We own it together. I even show up in her shop anytime I am off work.
