That is the bully attitude we have being talking about, a democratic government shouldn't be thinking about annexing other countries.Who told you Nigeria will be able to annex Chad, do you even know how much the French Government has invested in the Chadian Army, with defence treaties and all that. Did you know how many battles Chad fought with Libya in which Mahamat Deby himself fought as a miltary officer in order to secure Chadian oilfields from Muammar Ghadaffi. Chadian troops have being able to contain terrorists even more than Nigeria, Niger etc.
