The so called guvnor of Enugu State will be going about social media showing pictures of his so called Newly Built Primary Health Care facilities across the wards in the state but in reality this is what's on ground.

You obviously skipped the part that Enugu state government queried the hospital management.

They were very quick in suspending her but extremely slow in doing the right thing! It’s really sad.

I think people should stop showing their faces when exposing serious government failure like this.

Normally work place rules does not allow you an employee to do this without the permission of management, its bad publicity more so showing her face. It can only be done faceless or my someone not working there. She is naive, i knew this would have and she may be dismissed for gross misconduct. I watched the video at night and I couldn't sleep afterwards abeg they should just resign and look for job elsewhere as the condition of that hospital is not even good for goat keeping let alone human beings and the most disheartening part was that a woman was in labour that night.

At least you only were SUSPENDED, SEE IN MOST WESTERN COUNTRIES, THERE IS SOMETHING CALLED A SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY, YOU DARE NOT COMMENT ON HOSPITAL ISSUES AS A STAFF OR MAKE SOCIAL MEDIA POST AS A STAFF AND UPLOAD, YOU SHOULD CHANNEL YOUR CONCERN TO THE APPROPRIATE INTERNAL ORGANS OF THE HOSPITAL, OF YOU DO SUCH AND BLANTATLY SHOWING YOUR FACE, YOU WILL NOT ONLY LOOSE YOUR JOB BUT NO OTHER HEALTHCARE FACILITY WILL HIRE YOU. I know most places have an agreement signed by new employees about conflict resolution and dispute management. In those agreement, steps to channel grieveness are spelt out. Also, there are often clauses restricting speaking to the press and use of social media to communicate about the work place, Failure to adhere to those rules is ground for disciplinary action up to termination.

They should go back and read the terms of their employment.

That's if they even had employment letters to start with.
