Again you are right that David Mark and the likes have freedom of association but they do not have freedom to takeover. The former leaders are saying their signatures were forged and that the Mark-led Exco cannot come muscle them out.

Note the said Ralph Nwosu that handed over to David Mark had been removed by the Appeal court in 2022 because his tenure had expired having been Chairman for 17 years.

You are not a member of the ADC, you are a mod , a notorious supporter of the APC. So why are you so concerned about how a member of the ADC was suspended for anti-party activities? Is it because the individual is supporting Tinubu, the very thing the APC itself would never tolerate?

What APC supporters refuse to accept, they expect others to accommodate. That’s the irony here.

The ADC leadership under Ralph Nwosu has repeatedly stated that the handover process to the executive led by David Mark was transparent. INEC haven't denied that.

Multiple meetings were held with the involvement of INEC, recommendations were made, and due process was followed and endorsed.

Under Mahmood Yakubu, INEC officially uploaded the list of the new ADC executive led by David Mark. The same Nafiu Bala now claiming to be national chairman was part of those meetings, he haven't also denied that, and he resigned, with his resignation formally submitted to INEC. This is all public knowledge.

Let’s not pretend otherwise, you and I both know what is going on here. Don’t play the ostrich.

There is a calculated attempt to weaken the opposition and shrink the democratic space under the APC-led government.

Look around, why are almost all opposition parties suddenly engulfed in internal crises? This is unprecedented.

At a time when governance should focus on improving the lives of citizens, it instead seems energy is being directed toward political control and weakening dissent. That, ultimately, is the real concern.

SC clearly says court can't interfere unless it's party's constitution or Nigerian constitution that's threatened. ADC has a constitution and the law is the law.
