On no account should soldiers be owed their salaries. They should be paid before the month ends with mouth watering bonuses.

One of the issue about salary both government and private institutions is LACK OF PAY DAY. How can workers be working and only receive salary when the head feel like paying it is wrong. Let the government put a certain date between 25-28 of every month as payday and date above this dates should come with add ons

No qualms jare! I know the headline will mislead many people. I have younger brother who's a sergeant in the NA. Right from when he was a private, federal govt hasn't owed them two months salary talkless of 10 months. Highest they may delay the past month own a bit.

Baby girl try to read and understand. He didn't say they're owing him or them (Army) 10 months salary. NO!

He said he was expecting to receive last month salary (March Salary)either on first or at most second of April. Alas! It wasn't paid.

About the 10 months, he meant he has been away from home for 10 months
