Oil money is there for Nigeria's government steered by Islamists to offset the effect of any sanctions.
Solution is dissolve Nigeria into more manageable countries

Mark Harris? A U S congressman?

A few years ago,a former U S congressman (dont remember his name) was asked about the state of the U S congress. The former congressman said he had nothing to say because the U S congress had become Israeli occupied territory

No! The equipments will not be appropriately used. They will be turned on the people when they protest inaction by government.

lemme guess, voting wisely is voting for previous criminals that already ruled before, correct?
Are you a criminal? If no, then judge for yourself. Everyone must not be a criminal. Don't tell me that it's not possible to get a decent person in Nigeria.

MrSly:
It is rather escalating. It is already a religious war
@Emboldened
That is the situation US/Israel are trying to create so that while we Nigerians fight eachother, they can use the opportunity to exploit the resources in the North & middle belt.Thesame tactic was used in the era of the trans-atlantic slave trade & colonial era

Even if northern and Southern Nigeria were separate countries. The instability of one will surely affect the other just like the crisis in Libya and Mali found its way into Nigeria in a short time.
if so why did buhari proceed with deal to recieve 8 tucanos from them?
.just tell us the terrorists in power are willing to escalate the attacks to make US involvement look bad to all.

It's a shame that it is foreigners that feel the urgency to act over our insecurity, rather than our so called leaders.
The foreigners (US/Israel )are the ones sponsoring & fuelling the insecurity in the North & middle belt

And the sanction is supposed to help whom?

Why is America being governed by retards.

The people that are sponsoring terrorism will never be affected by any sanction.

It still gonna affect common man in Nigeria.
You think if they sanction Nigeria, politicians will not do the needful by stepping up?

Nigeria is the next Libya since igbos and Christians refused to understand that it is the same Messiah that is the sponsor of terrorism

A simple question that I keep asking in all these and haven't gotten a sensible response is, when did 14_20 years old Fulani herders/militias/terrorist become Islamist? Most of these guys don't pray, observe Ramadan fasting, know how to read the Qur'an and so on. So what kind of Islamist agenda are they having?

because they probably know the game they’re playing.. the know the current situation of Nigeria economy.. they see the terrorism yet want to sanction Nigeria.. isn’t that to more deepen the hardship and terrorism.. we’re gonna learn .. I mean learn that this people don’t care, they just want their way.. nothing else

Sanctions won't work; we need the Maduro treatment here in Nigeria

Pick BAT and his wife, Shettima, Gumi and Bashir Ahmad, all sponsors of bandits and terrorism and lock them forever in US Prison

Maybe, just maybe that will help

The same USA that is going around the world and bombing school children in their schools? you guys are really not serious, until you are ready to face your demons and understand that the solution does not lie in Washington or indeed Abuja but within the Northern leaders, you will keep living in denial. Am surprised you can't see clearly there is an agenda to turn this into a sectarian battle in order to balkanise the country, yet a lot of you because of the hatred you have for the incumbent President and your inability to organise yourselves and remove him at the polls, you are resorting to a 'let's destroy all ' mode. If i can't get what i want, let me damage the whole gaddem thing. Taking Plateau as a case study, the violence has been ongoing for nearly 30 years, yet no one has put on their thinking cap to find out what can be done to stop the killings but we are here thinking Tinubu is the problem and Trump is the solution; we should continue to live in denial.

That's arguable, but that's not the point.
Govt should wake up to their responsibilities and take a decisive action to end insecurity.
Same Tinubu was very hard on criticising GEJ over insecurity, when the tables were turned.

You Nigerians are painfully naive.
How can the U S "pick up" those people you listed when they are their errand boys & girls?
If the U S says "jump" they jump,if the U S says "sit" they sit cheesy

You don't get it.
The federal & state Govts are working with foreign forces to create chaos in the North & middle belt so that when they eventually drive the people off the land & gain access to the resources ,the foreigners will get 70% of the funds generated while the Nigerian officials will get 30% & share it amongst themselves.
This is not a new occurence. It happened during the slave trade & colonial era.

I used to think it is only African politicians that are daft, didn't know our politicians actually learnt act of being daft from the so called elites of the west.

If you impose sanctions on Nigeria, who will feel the pain? The same masses you hypocrites are claiming you want to help.

Is just like whenever government increases VAT, who do you think will pay? Business owners or the masses that will purchase those goods??

At least it will make the common Nigerians vote wisely when the sanctions starts to pepper them.
Vote wisely for who? For Ag***lu?
The day that one becomes president is the day i will leave Nigeria because noone will sleep with their eyes closed again. Fulani will turn Nigeria to Somalia within 2 months. It's automatic ticket to another civil war that even America won't want to imagine. God forbid because this time around the over 300 ethnic groups in Nigeria will engage in a free for all battles that will go on for centuries to come.
US won't be able to steal a cup of Oil when the trouble starts. Let them try it
