What a shame! INEC has now constituted itself as the court of law. Nigerian electoral process is faulty how can the INEC chairman be appointed by the siting president if they are truly meant to be independent. The INEC chairman should be selected based on the consensus of the 1/3 of the political parties delegate vote of confidence and screened by the Senate if at all we want INEC to be truly independent 9 Likes |

I'm no supporter of APC but what this man has said is clear. AD should avoid disobeying court order so it should not be used against them after elections. If he is an APC rep he will keep quiet and let them go ahead. Do you correct your enemies so they don't fail? He clearly said INEC is not in the race.
