joining adc was a big mistake and the problem had been coming , it seems the opposition thought they could just hijack the party without carrying those on ground along . one would have thought that the opposition would have done their homework very well before publicly coming out to declare adc as their platform .
secondly it seems adc was el rufai idea , maybe all these is happening because he isnt around

Keep deceiving yourself no amount home work will stop crisis from arising in any party the found themselves because there is always a willing tool that will be used to cause trouble in the party , no matter how ridiculous the argument may be once it arrives court it has become matter of litigation so crisis is born. This resign his post but immediately he was contracted by Tinubu henchmen he deny his resignation. Where the labour guys today they are now happy with labour leadership so no homework will stop Tinubu from making sure no body oppose in 2027 because he knows he is not popular.

The govt saw loopholes and they exploited it that is fair in the game of politics .you don't give your opposition the breathing space ..maybe Atiku and Co need to go and learn from Tinubu about how to play opposition Politics aggressively and effectively . You don't play opposition Politics from a standard of authority and expect the ruling party to just allow you to have your way especially when such ruling party knows it is very unpopular with the masses

The precedent that Tinubu is setting by weakening political parties from within mirrors the way Muhammadu Buhari entrenched tribalism and sectionalism, which Tinubu has taken a step further. If this trajectory continues, whoever succeeds him may deepen same weakening of oarties to sustain themselves even more and fully institutionalize it.
