The ideal thing is for the EFCC to arrest her and make her to face trial in court.. Govt. should collect all the money she made through fraud up till the last penny and jail her to serve as deterrent to other nincompoops like her.

Still not an excuse. Victims are hardly forced in any financial crime situation and it doesn't stop the legal categorization as a crime.
