This is not a stunt. What Mr.Beast, Logan Paul, Ishowspeed and KSI do regularly, That can be seen as social media stunts, Not this. If she wants money she can organize an exhibition boxing match with another female influencer, Scam is not a stunt and should never be seen as "cruise", There's just so much irresponsibility, lack of accountability and indiscipline in Nigeria now.

Say there is no class action. Can't the police arrest her and prosecute her if they can find the electronic trails and one or two people who sent her money and are willing to testify?

In my opinion, there is enough evidence to arrest and charge to court for fraud and malicious communications or cyber crime ( a misnomer I hate but fits the bill here). I will also request a remand until the hearing due to a number of factors. I find what she has done reprehensible and as someone whose mum died of Stage 4 Non Hodgkins Lymphoma.

We need to stop giving these airheads publicity or attention.

Hope she knows that receiving by deceit or false pretence is a criminal offence. She is always fool of drama. She will refund all the money. That I guarantee her. All it takes is one letter from an aggrieved contributor. She might even serve jail time. I think we should use this to test the law and let Nigerians have a good laugh. She should not go free
