A man identified as Sani in Dutse, Jigawa State, has called off his daughter’s wedding just hours before the ceremony, citing the groom’s support for APC as the reason.

The wedding, scheduled to take place the next day, was halted after the bride’s father informed the groom’s family late at night that he would no longer proceed with the marriage.
