This is lazy interpretation... USAID is grossly misappropriated, mismanaged and often diverted, this funds in most/some cases does not get to the intentend benefactor.. it's lazy interpretation for you to say US are funding BH.

The Nigerian government have arrested a lot of Chinese citizens operating illegal mines in Nigeria and they often pay the locals to get access to those sites, now who these locals are and what they do with this funds are often unknown.
Now will you say the Chinese government is stealing Nigeria resources or funding BH?

Don’t you find it strange that the USAID funds was diverted to Boko Haram and ISWAP out of the many uncountable places it could be diverted to?

They didn’t divert it into purchasing choice properties in Lagos, Abuja, or London. They didn’t divert it into the Nigerian stock market or into a refinery or factory or telecom company. They didn’t divert it into filling stations or hotels, but somehow, they diverted it right to Boko Haram.

⚡The New York Times reports that following the rescue of the F-15E weapons officer, the two transport aircraft (presumably C-130s) used to transport the personnel out of Iran "got stuck" after they landed in Iran.

It was reportedly decided to bring 3 new aircraft to carry out the extractions, and blow up the 2 which got stuck to prevent them from being captured by Iranian forces.
