There are security people whose job is to contain this sort of thing - and they are all federal agencies.

There are soldiers escorting NURTW chieftains involved in a trade union dispute - a purely civil matter. Is that sort of thing now army work? Just yesterday, someone posted a video here of soldiers on traffic duty berating a young woman for 'indecent dressing'. Is that now army work?
